DILLON – A mix of Class A, B and C schools competed in the Dillon Invitational last Saturday at Beaverhead Golf Course.
The Copperhead boys finished seventh out of eight teams with Southwestern A member Corvallis winning easily. The girls finished sixth in the event won by SW-A Hamilton.
Gage Novak again set a personal best time of 17:48 to finish seventh to lead the boys. Brett Dahood (20:20) Wyatt Jense and Madden Zeren all recorded personal best times for Anaconda (full results here).
For the Copperhead girls, Jayda finished in 22nd place with a time of 24:15 to lead the team. Elizabeth Krakowka and Grace Richter both set personal best marks as well, finishing in 32nd and 39th place, respectively.
